The Still Hopeful Podcast

Episode 23: Positive Messages from Kari, mom to an Angel and a Labour & Delivery Nurse

Season 2 Episode 2

I absolutely loved connecting with Kari on the podcast and I think you'll quickly see why. She's uplifting, validating, and understanding in a way only another mom to an Angel could understand. After years of infertility and then IUI+IVF, she finally became pregnant. But her world came crashing down when her sweet baby boy who she named Angel passed at 13 weeks. A baby so loved and so wanted. Kari talks about how the support from her family helped her with her son's passing and how her son has helped her support other families who walk this path. Kari has two beautiful rainbow babies and is also a labour and delivery nurse. Her kindness is unmatched. She shares how labour and delivery nurses strive to go above and beyond to comfort loss families. Listening to her brought so much comfort and reassurance to my heart and I hope it does the same for you.
